Our client needed a fast track renovation to a fully operational healthcare facility. The scope was 53 resident rooms, 4 floors of corridors, 3 Nurses stations, 1 reception desk, 8 shower rooms, 2 dining rooms, PT/OT gym(s), a modern lobby, administrative offices & a fully functioning Starbucks Bistro. The result was spectacular.
